Class members have requested we keep this class on ZOOM rather than “in studio” since it does not take a lot of space, and since the exercises are the same from class to class, it is easy to join in from your home with a space as small as 7ft x 7ft.
For All Ages
Body Conditioning class is a meditative approach to increasing core strength and flexibility with an emphasis on developing a limber and mobile spine. A healthy spine is a key to overall good health and happiness. All ages and levels of fitness are welcome to participate in the class as each student is encouraged to work at a level conducive to their current fitness capabilities.
The class is “set” which means that the structure of the class is the same each time providing a “baseline” by which each participant can evaluate their progress. After a brief time of regular attendance your body will have achieved a muscle memory. There are no fast complicated routines to learn each week. You may want to bring your own yoga mat although we have a few for loan if supplies last. We use soft rhythmic music and low light. The class is timed at exactly one hour.
This is a great class to do with a friend, your child or spouse.
